This study uses a cross sectional method with a sample of 50 parking attendants. The sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling with terms of inclusion and exclusion. Data analysis was done by univariate and bivariate by chi-square test. The results of the bivariate analysis of the study stated: there was a relationship between age (p = 0,000 OR = 4,430), work period (p = 0,005 OR = 2,082), use of PPE (p = 0,000 OR = 5,720), smoking habits (p = 0,000 OR = 3,187 ), length of work (p = 0.038 OR = 1.770) with complaints of respiratory problems in parking attendants. There was no relationship between nutritional status (p = 0.131) with complaints of respiratory problems in parking attendants.
