- Car is one of the important means of land transportation in recent times. Therefore, the car manufacturers are racing to create a low-cost car with the advantages and distinct advantages to be marketed to consumers. In addition to the variety of choices, consumers are also faced with a number of criteria are influential in determining a car like price, color, safety and completeness, design, and others. To obtain optimum results required a decision support system that can help in determining the selection of car purchases that consumers feel satisfied. This study uses a blend of Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm is used to classify the data, and to cluster ranking use Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW). The test data in this study is derived from the questionnaire. This test is taken from 20 the data questionnaire distributed to prospective car buyers in Palembang, test results of the analysis of the average score of customer satisfaction with the results of the output recommendation from a combination system Fuzzy C Means and Simple Additive Weighting with an average score of 62.1 (satisfied).
