INSERSI K4[α-SiW12O40] KE DALAM MATERIAL HIDROKSI LAPIS GANDA Mg/Fe DAN APLIKASINYA SEBAGAI KATALIS DESULFURISASI DIBENZOTIOFEN

- The synthesis of layered double hydroxide and polyoxometalate K4[αSiW12O40] with ratio (1:1) has been done. The result of insertion were characterized using FT-IR spectrophotometer and XRD. Polioxometalate K4[α-SiW12O40] inserted layered double hydroxide was optimal to used as catalyst desulfurization of dibenzothiophene. Characterization using FT-IR were showed the optimal insertion process. The result using XRD characterization was showed not succesfully of polyoxometalate K4[αSiW12O40] inserted layered double hydroxide with ratio (1:1) was not expanded from 7,987Ȧ to 7,800Ȧ. That showed the inserted process polyoxometalate not succesfull. Polyoxometalate K4[α- SiW12O40] inserted layered double hydroxide (Mg/Fe) applied as catalyst desulfurization of dibenzothiphene. Desulfurization process resulted 98,29% conversion of dibenzothiophene (DBT) at optimum condition was 0,05 g catalyst, 2 mL H2O2 at temperature 60 oC and 30 minute reaction
