This study aimed to determine the effect of Work Discipline (Xi) on the Teacher Performance in SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The population in this study were 70 people The number of samples used in the study of 56 respondents. The analysis used is simple regression analysis result of Work Discipline have a significant effect on Teacher Performance in SMK Negeri 3 Palembang. SMK Negri 3 palemqang can improve teacher performance in leaching and discipline in leaching.
