- This thesis is explain about estimation positioning system designed and build with use 4G LTE network on android based mobile devices outdoors. Data testing of system used based on fingerprint technique, recursive bayesian estimation approach for position prediction and eucliden distance calculation for position accuracy. Location of activity to taking and testing data well mathematical or real-time do from faculty of teacher training and education science building (FKIP), faculy of computer science (FASILKOM), up to faculty of economy (FE) sriwijaya university of indralaya, with 2 e-NodeB which emit signal around that location, that is; Node 125318 CID 21 and Node 125278 CID 31. Testing result system for predict position the user 100% successfully done, but for accury result test in real-time not better or low accuracy if compared with accuracy test result in mathematical.
