Daftar Isi:
- The Healthy Indonesia Program is one of the programs from the fifth agenda in the Nawa Cita, which is to improve the quality of human life in Indonesia and subsequently becomes the main program in health development. The Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach is one of the latest breakthroughs set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in an effort to improve the health development. The goal of the Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach is to improve health status in Indonesia. The Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach at the Puskesmas level is carried out through health data collection of all family members. Based on data from the Palembang City Health Office last report, the data collection in March 2019 was only at 68.91%, while the target in 2019 is 100%. The objective of this study was to analyze and compare the implementation of The Healthy Indonesia Program - Family Approach (PIS-PK) at Puskesmas level in Palembang. The type of research was analytic descriptive research with qualitative research method conducted by in-depth interviews and observations, with a total of 14 sample. Data collection techniques was by in-depth interviews, using in-depth interview guidelines, observation checklist sheets, recording devices, and tape recorders. The data in this study were primary and secondary data with data validation using triangulation of sources, methods and data. The results showed that there was a discrepancy between the Coordinators who ran the PIS-PK program at the Plaju Puskesmas resulting in delays in implementation, lack of funds or budget for this program so that it became an obstacle in running the PIS-PK program. The obstacles in implementation due to many factors such as campaign period (elections) which resulted in residents not wanting to be surveyed by the local Puskesmas staff. This study can be concluded that based on program evaluation indicators, the Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach (PIS-PK) in Palembang City Health Center has been done well, but not all indicators are met by each Health Center. This study suggests that the Health Office increase more attention on human resources and the environment around the Puskesmas that are running the Healthy Indonesia Family Approach (PIS-PK) program
