This study aims to determine the effect of Free Cash Flow (FCF), Return On Asset (ROA) Dan Earning Per Share (EPS) to Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) on manufakture companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research data about companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) period 2013-2017. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method so that the sample can be obtained as many as 20 companies. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that free cash flow and earning per share had a significant positive effect to dividend payout ratio, return on asset is not significant to dividend payout ratio. In addition only obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) 0.935 which means that free variables are able to explain variable
