ANALISIS FKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEIKUTSERTAAN PETANI PADI PADA PROGRAM JARINGAN IRIGASI DESA (JIDES) DI DESA MIJI KABUPAATEN OGAN ILIR

- The purpose of this research were to 1) identify the reson of the farmers to follow or not the Jides program at Miji Village Ogan Ilir Regency, 2) know the factors affecting the farmers who follow or not Jides program at Miji Village Ogan Ilir Regency, 3) know the difference income of the faarmers who follow and do not the Jides program at Miji Village Ogan Ilir Regency. The data was collected from April to May 2016. This research was conducted in Miji Village Kandis District Ogan Ilir Regency. The determinations of location was done by purposively with the consideration that the farmers in this area were applied Jides program. This study used survey method, while for sampling used disproportionated stratified random sampling method, with the first level is 25 respondents who follow Jides program and the second level is 25 respondents who do not follow the Jides program. The result showed that the factors of affecting the participation of rice farmers were age, income, land area laand ownership, and followed intensity by consuling at Miji Village Ogan Ilir Regency. The results of these calculations said that there are differences between real income of farmers who take the Jides program and do not take the Jides program. The average of farmers income who follow Jides program is IDR 29.012.000 per hectare per year. And the average of farmers income who not follow Jides program is IDR 24.403.900 per hectare per year. The differences of farmers income who follow Jides program is IDR 4.608.100 per hectare per year is more than the farmers who do not follow the Jides program.
