  • Health Operational Aid (BOK) had been utilized for the implementation of basic immunization services on community health center KTM Sungai Rambutan, but the coverage of basic immunization during the last two years is lowest than 25 community health center in Ogan Ilir regency, ie in 2014 of 36,9% and in 2015 by 55,41%. This study aims to explain the utilization of health operational aid in improving the coverage of basic immunization in community health center KTM Sungai Rambutan. This research deskriptive qualitative method by looking at the utilization aspect of health operational aid fund for basic funding supportimmunization program.. Data were collected through in-depth interview to manager health operational aid and implementer immunization program in community health center KTM Sungai Rambutan and public health office regency of Ogan Ilir. Content analysis was applied in the data analysis. Results of the study showed that resources and the process of spreading the message is done through a mini workshop forum at the primary health care center level involving all program implementers and staff at the community health center. The limited resources of the program, which include human resources, program funding and support facilities, have different levels of support from all program implementers, and so far the puskesmas does not have standard operational procedures established by community health center. Allocation of funds health operational aid support for immunization program is only used for transportation cost of immunization officer to integrated service post. For the sake of the successful implementation of the policy on the utilization of health operational aid in improving thecoverage of basic immunization, it is necessary to implement a correct, systematic and sustainable management function at the community health center KTM Sungai Rambutan.
