PERAN PENGEMBANGAN KOMODITAS KAYU MANIS TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN WILAYAH DI DESA LEMPUR MUDIK KECAMATAN GUNUNG RAYA KABUPATEN KERINCI

- The objectives of this research were to 1) determine whether the development of commodity cinnamon is the economic base in Lempur Mudik Village Gunung Raya Sub District Kerinci District, 2) analyze the role of income multiplier commodity development cinnamon on the economy of the area in Lempur Mudik Village Gunung Raya Sub District Kerinci District, 3) analyze the role of multipliers workforce development cinnamon commodity on the economy in the region in Lempur Mudik Village Gunung Raya Sub District Kerinci District. Methods of research conducted by survey method. Data which collected in this research are primary and secondary data. Samples selected by simple random sampling method. Samples taken in this study was 37 farmers an example of a total population of 275 farmers cinnamon. Respondents nonfarm taken 2 head of family intentionally (purposive sampling), namely: teacher, mechanic, merchant, village transport drivers, police, and military. This research was conducted in Lempur Mudik Village Gunung Raya Sub District Kerinci District. Data were collected in July 2016. Based on these results, cinnamon farm in the Village Lempur Homecoming is the economic basis, the value of LQ is (> 1), the value of LQ to the Lempur Mudik Village is 1,17 while the farming of chilli, citrus farming , teacher, mechanic, merchant, village transport driver, the police and the military is a non-base activities. The economic base will affect the income and employment multipliers. Short-term income multiplier in the village Lempur Mudik was 1,56 and long-term income multiplier is 0,92 means that any increase in revenue to Rp 1,00 would encourage non sector revenue base of Rp 1,56 in the short term and Rp 0,92 in long-term. Labour multiplier of 1,37, which means any increase in manpower of the people will open employment opportunities for the sector non bases 1,37 people
