ANALISIS POTENSI MIKROALGA Chlorella pyrenoidosa SEBAGAI PENGABSORBSI TEMBAGA PADA TANAH TERCEMAR LINDI DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PRODUKSI TANAMAN PADI ( Oryza sativa L. )

- The aim of this research is to find out the optimum concentration of C. pyrenoidosa in minimizing Cu concentration in crushed swamp soil and in rice plant, and to know the concentration of C. pyrenoidosa in optimizing the production of rice crops planted in soil shelter. This research was conducted in September 2016 until April 2017 at Aquaculture Laboratory, plastic house, Integrated Testing Laboratory of Kimia Faculty of MIPA Sriwijaya University, Laboratory of Chemistry, Biology, and Soil Fertility at Soil Department, Agricultural Faculty of Sriwijaya University, and Integrated Research Laboratory, Postgraduate, Sriwijaya University. The research method used in this research is Completely Randomized Design. From the treatment, there were 6 treatments and each treatment was repeated 6 times, so there were 36 experimental units. The results showed that the treatment of C. pyrenoidosa 2000 ml C. pyrenoidosa per 10 kg of soil can reduce the Cu as much as 27.94% in polluted soil leachate and treatment C.pyrenoidosa affect the production of rice plants due to nutrient competition between C.pyrenoidosa and Rice crops, so that the production of rice crops decreased compared with without the use of C.pyrenoidosa microalgae.
