This study aims to determine the effect of understanding taxation, tax socialization, and tax pinalties on tax receipts. Population in this research is taxpayer registered at KPP Pratama Ilir Barat Palembang and the number of samples of 100 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that tax socialization has an effect on tax receipts, while the understanding taxation and tax pinalties have not effect on tax receipts. In addition, in this study simultaneously affect the tax receipts in KPP Pratama Ilir Timur Palembang
