- The firm value can be measured by using the share price, as the share price indicates that the price investors are willing to pay. Price Earning Ratio is the ratio of the market value of the part that describes the conditions that occur in the market. A companyis required to always be able to improve the performance of the company through 3 function for the financial management of investment decisions, financing decisions and profitability in order to increase the value of the company. The purpose of study was to determine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions and profitability on firm value simultaneously and partially on 34 companies property and real estate sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016. The method used in this research is the method of explanatory. Sample selection technique used in this research was non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data used is secondary data derived from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this research partially showed that investment decisions significantly effect on the firm value. Financing decisions no significant effect on the firm value. Profitability significant effect on the firm value. Simultaneously investment decisions, financing decisions and profitability have a significant effect on the firm value.
