- The purpose of this study was to: 1). To describe the perception of farmers to program GP-PTT on lowland swamp rice farming in the village of the District Tapus Pampangan Ogan Komering Ilir, 2). Calculating the income of farmers who take the program GP-PTT on lowland swamp rice farming in the village of the District Tapus Pampangan Ogan Komering Ilir, 3). Analyzing the relationship between farmers' perceptions about the program GP-PTT with lowland swamp rice farming income in the Village District of Pampangan Tapus Ogan Komering Ilir. This research was conducted in the village of the District Tapus Pampangan Ogan Komering Ilir. The location determination is done intentionally (purposive). Location data collection of this study was conducted in May and September 2016. The method used in this study is a survey method. The sampling method used is simple random method (Simple Random Sampling), the farmers selected sample included 30 people from the 180 farmers who receive GP-PTT program on lowland swamp rice farming. Research results show that Perception Against Peasant Aid Production facilities (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides) in the village of the District Tapus Pampangan Ogan Komering Ilir High Criteria is on with scores Value Average 35.42. While the Farmers Perception on Cropping Systems Legowo row are on criteria High with scores value average 27.43. And then in perception Farmers Farmers Group Meeting activities are high criteria on with scores value average 33.30 The results also showed that the average lowland swamp rice farm income in 2014 is Rp. 14,447,033 ha/year. As for 2015 after receiving GP-PTT program the average income of farmers amounted to Rp. 15.613,370 million ha/year. the difference is not much difference amounting to Rp 1,166,337. The results showed that the perception (meeting of farmer groups) related to real income while (aid and production facilities Legowo row planting system) is not related real income.
