This aim of the research to study The effect of oil palm Total Mix Ration of beef cattle on fiber fraction digestibility in vitro. The research was done in animal feed and nutrition laboratory of animal science department, agriculture faculty of Sriwijaya University from July to October 2015. Two formulation of TMR (TMR 1 and TMR 2) were composed from by product of palm oil industry and analyzed its fiber fraction digestibility. The data were analized by T-test method with dry matter digestibility, Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF), Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF) and NDF digestibility, The result shows that no significant different between TMR 1 and TMR 2 (P>0,05) to all variables, however, TMR 1 has higer fiber fraction digestibility (4,13%) than TMR 2. Both formulation were applicable to further research.
