- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees at PT. Waskita Karya Palembang. The total population is 407 people. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula and a sample of 80 people was determined as respondent. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the safety and health of employees have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Waskita Karya Palembang. Suggestions from the results of this study are companies must maintain occupational safety and health that has been determined so far, so that the performance of employees at a high level. It is expected that the company can evaluate employee performance so that it can continue to optimize performance and achieve the goals of the company.
