PEMETAAN POLA SEBARAN KLOROFIL-a DAN SUHU PERMUKAAN LAUT MENGGUNAKAN DATA CITRA AQUA MODIS DI PERAIRAN SELAT BANGKA
Daftar Isi:
- The distribution of chlorophyll-a concentration and sea surface temperature (SST) in the waters of Bangka, it was done an analysis of Aqua MODIS image data and the analysis of data from the field. Aqua MODIS image data with a resolution of 4 × 4 km and a monthly data downloaded from the NASA site. Once the image data correlated with field data in general, concentration of chlorophyll-a in the waters of Bangka ranged with an average of 0,02 – 12,57 mg/m3 in the west season and an average of 0 ,01 – 11,68 mg/m3 for the first transitional season, and an average of 0,03 mg/m3 – 11,82 for the east season and average in second transitional season was II 0,01 – 12,19 mg/m3. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was relatively high seen in the coastal regions of Sumatra which was allegedly caused by the intake of nutrients from the mainland which was high enough. The concentration value of field chlorophyll ranged from 0,0011 to 0,1059 mg/m3. The concentration of chlorophyll-a was relatively low due at time of sampling a lot of smoke was found in the field. SST value in the waters of Bangka with an average of 28,81oC - 33,01 °C in the west season, and the first transitional season with an average of 28,60oC – 33,01oC , and the east season with an average of 28,71oC – 32,93 °C and in the second transitional season with an average of 28,79oC – 33,01oC.
