- This study entitled "Differences in the ability of interpersonal conflict resolution of students who stay in dormitory and are not in MA PP Al Amalul Khair Palembang". The purpose of the study was to determine the ability of interpersonal conflict resolution of students who stay in dormitory and who do not at MA PP Al-Amalul Khair Palembang and to determine the differences in ability of interpersonal conflict resolution of students who stay in dormitory and are not in MA PP Al-Khair Amalul Palembang. This research used descriptive quantitative method of comparative survey research. The research instrument used to measure the ability of interpersonal conflict resolution is a psychological scale by Likert scale model. Analysis of the data by using a percentage (%). The results of this study that the ability of interpersonal conflict resolution of students who stay in dormitory are at the high category and for students who do not stay in the dormitory are also at high category so there is no difference between the ability of interpersonal conflict resolution of students who stay in dormitory and are not.
