PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE), CURRENT RATIO (CR) DAN DIVIDEND PAYOUT RATIO (DPR) TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PADA TAHUN 2013-2017

- This research is done to analyze the influence of company’s financial performance as measured by financial ratio of Capital Structure (DER), Profitability (ROE), Liquidity (CR) and Dividend Policy (DPR) to Company Value (PBV) at Manufacturing company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. Data collection method used is purposive sampling. The population of this study is 161 companies with 9 companies from different sub sector as sample research. The conclusions of this study indicate that the results showed that DER had a significant negative effect on PBV, ROE had a significant positive effect on PBV, negative CR did not significantly influence PBV, while DPR had significat positive effect on PBV.The writer suggests that the company should tries as much as possible in order to increase the value of the company and take effective steps so that the factors that affect the value of the company can increase properly.
