FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENGHAMBAT IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 BAGI GURU MATA PELAJARAN PPKn DI SMA NEGERI SE-KOTA PALEMBANG

- This research aimed to determine the barrier factors in implementing curriculum 2013 for PPKn teachers of all SMAN in Palembang. The population of this study was all PPKn teachers in SMAN Palembang with total number 44 people and the sample was the teachers with total number 26 people. The sample was obtained by using purposive sampling technique. For the data collection techniques, the researcher used documentations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were validity, reliability tests and data processed. Based on the result of analysis and discussion toward data, it was known that from 78% of respondents stated that there were still barrier factors in implementing curriculum 2013 for PPKn teachers of all SMA Negeri in Palembang which are difficulty to make lesson plan based on curriculum 2013, lack of time to carry out learning activities, lack of subject matters in guidance book, difficulty in assessing attitude by observing, self assessment and assessment among students, difficulty to evaluate by using authentic assessment, IT had not been yet mastered fully, students were lack of interest in reading, facilities; laptop and LCD were minimum, lack of internet access in the schools and the last was lack of guidance books based on curriculum 2013.
