- This study entitled “Management Awarding Grants (Studies in Finance and Asset Management Agency of City of Palembang 2014)”. The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of the grant at the Agency for Financial Management and Asset Palembang 2014. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. This study uses the theory of Luther Gulick assessing management functionality based on eight dimensions: Planning (Planning), Organizing (Organizing), Stafing (Preparation Officer), Directing (Briefing), Coordinating (coordination), Reporting (Reporting), Budgeting (Budgeting) and Controlling (Monitoring). The results showed that the Management Awarding Grants Agency Financial Management and Asset Palembang 2014 is good enough, but the lack of training employees so that employees only guided by the regulations relating to grants and socialization with grant recipients to date have not accomplished. The results Palembang need training to employees and provide direct dissemination to the public or the recipient of the grant to the grant have gone batter and right on target
