  • This research is based on cooperative learning model-jigsaw type II which has been implemented in Xth Grade Class C at Senior Highschool I of South Indralaya by using a method of class action research. The method identified through several cycling phases such as : Planing, Action, Observe, and Reflection. Reseach concludes the improvement of student’s liveliness activity of Chemistry Subject learning for about 51,96% at first phase, 70,78% at second phase, and 79,02% at third phase. Learnig outcomes for chemistry Subject also gradually increased which started 51,61% at the first phase, 74,19% at second phase and 87,09% at third phase. The research is resulting a suggestion for chemistry teachers to adopt cooperative learning model-jigsaw type II due to increase student’s liveliness activity and outcomes during Chemistry Subject.
