ANALISIS AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN ZISWAF PADA DOMPET DHUAFA REPUBLIKA SUMATERA SELATAN

- This study aims to determine how the accountability in one of the zakat, infaq/sodaqoh, and waqf fund (ZISW AF) management institutions in Palembang, namely Dompet Dhuafa branch South Sumatera. The research looked at the accountability from the Islamic perspective which consists of the dimensions of the Horizontal and Vertical Accountability covers all aspects of Spiritual Accountability, Programme · Accountability, Service Accountability, Legal Accountability and Financial Accountability. Data analysis techniques used in this study using a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques through interviews, documentation and observation to determine the form of accountability in Dompet Dhuafa and doing an analysis of the results obtained by comparing the situation in Dompet Dhuafa with accountability indicators. It can be concluded that the overall accountability in Dompet Dhuafa has been running well thal can be seen from the suitability of the indicator with Jhe situation in Dompet Dhuafa. However, to increase the trust and loyalty of donors, Dompet Dhuafa need to publish administrative procedures, internal data and financial data in the media that is easy lo access by the public as well as do an external audit of the financialreport.
