  • THE ROLE WORK STRES ON COUNTERPRODUCTIVE WORK BEHAVIOR IN POLICE OFFICER DEPARTMENT SABHARA AND DEPARTMENT RESERSE CRIMINAL AT POLICE STATION RESORT LUBUKLINGGAU CITY Rindra Ayu Wahyuni1, Dewi Anggraini2 ABSTRACT The study aims to determine role of work stress to counterproductive behavior in police officier department sabhara and department reserse criminal at police station resort lubuklinggau city. The study hypothesis that work stress has a role to counterproductive work behavior in police officier department sabhara and department reserse criminal at police station resort lubuklinggau city. Study population was a police officier department sabhara and department reserse criminal at police station resort lubuklinggau city. The total of population was 100 police officier department sabhara and department reserse criminal at police station resort lubuklinggau city and to try out is 50 police officier department sabhara and department reserse criminal at police station resort musi rawas. This study used non probability sample technique. Work stress was measured by the scale which refers to aspects of work stress from Robbin and Judge (2017) and dimentions of counterproductive work behavior from Robinson and Bennet (1995). The study used simple regression analysis. The result by regression to determine the role work stress on counterproductive work behavior obtained by value of R= 0,370, R Square= 0,137, F= 34,633, P= 0,000 (p<0,05). It proved that work stres has significant role 12,5% toward counterproductive behavior. Thus the hypotesis is accepted.
