- The research purpose to know the values of contain in the Simbur Cahaya constitution still be practiced in the Sakatiga society of Indralaya subdistrict, become social situation in the research was “the values of contain in the Simbur Cahaya constitution still be practiced in the Ogan Ilir society” be detail: Sakatiga village in Indralaya subdistrict as area was researced, people stayed in this village be called as subject, and attitude/their custome that still practiced of values that be contain in the Simbur Cahaya Constitution as the activity that be researce. The sample be got by used the purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling with amount of informan were six person that be consits of the people from Sakatiga and two the supporting informan from Pelembang Darussalam Sultanate and Cultural Palembang. The valid test be done in this researched was credibility test, transferability, dependability, and confirmability test. The technique collecting of data be used was documentation, interview, and observation. Then the technique analysis of data that be used was reduce of data, presentation of data, verification of data. From analysis of data documentation, interview, and observation could be know that values of contain in the Simbur Cahaya Constitution still be practiced in Sakatiga people in the Indralaya subdistrict that religion value, moral value/ethic, social value, and politic value.
