  • This research is motivated by the impact of organizational communication that affects employee performance .The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of organizational communication on employee performance at Bank Btn Syariah palembang in 2018 and how much influence does organiztional communication have on employee performance at Bank Btn syariah palembang 2018. The theory used in this reseatch id organization communication theory according to devito and the performance robert and john employees. This study uses quantitative research methods.File obtained from primary data is through the distribution of questionnsires and secondary file,namely through several documents,evidence,literature,archives and reports on the work of the syariah Bank Btn Paelmbang.Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis.techniques using simple linear regresion the results showed that influence of organizational communication on employee performance deliquency variables by 33,2 and 66.8%. It means that there is an influce of organizational communiccation on the performace of palembang employees
