  • The purpose of this research was to determine the digestibility’s value of neutral detergent fiber (ndf), acid detergent fiber (adf) and hemicelluloce on complete biscuit rations with different of contents legume by in-vitro. This research was conducted from July to November 2016 in the Animal Feed and Nutrition Laboratory, Department of Animal Science, Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was applied with 4 treatments and 4 repetition. The treatments such as P0 (65% Hymenachne acutigluma), P1 (50% Hymenachne acutigluma + 7.5% Leucanea leucephala + 7.5% Neptunia oleraceLour), P2 (50% Hymenachne acutigluma + 7.5% Acacia Vilosa + 7.5% Neptunia oleraceLour), P3 (50% Hymenachne acutigluma + 5% Leucanea leucephala + 5% Acacia Vilosa + 5% Neptunia oleraceLour) with addition 30% consentrate dan 5% cassava powder in every treatments. Degradability of Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF), Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF) and Hemicelluloce were observed as parameters. The result showed that all parameters had significant affects (P>0,05). Its can be concluded that compotition 50% Hymenachne acutigluma + 30% concentrate + 7.5% Leucanea leucephala + 7.5% Neptunia oleraceLour + 5% cassava powder showed the best result on NDF digestibility 61.80%, ADF digestibility 51.92%, and Hemicelluloce digestibility 79.92%.
