This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the physical work environment to employees’ work motivation on CV Classic Palembang. The population of this study was the total number of employees in CV Classic Palembang, totaling 41 people. The sampling technique of this research using saturation sampling technique, those the sample of this study was of all of the employees of CV Classic as much as 41 employees. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis and t-test as a technique of data analysis.
