- This study aims to determine how much influence the work motivation on employee performance LPP TVRI South Sumatra. The population in this study were all employees of LPP TVRI South Sumatra as many as 171 employees and the samples used in the study were 120 respondents. Sampling method used in this research is the technique of Non-Probability Sampling, is a Accidental Sampling. Data collection techniques used in research by distributing a questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure 14 indicators. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and significant positive effect on employee performance LPP TVRI South Sumatra. In the future, it is expected to strive to increase employee motivation to the employees, the company should provide increased on reward or appreciation for employees who can do his job well, and to create a work environment LPP TVRI South Sumatra with a pleasant atmosphere and a comfortable place for employees, the employer who always delivers support and support can make employees are motivated to improve the performance of its work.
