This study aims to determine the harvesting policies of each age group of the population when harvesting each year. Harvesting policy used a matrix Leslie with aim of predicting the number and growth rate of cattle in BPTU-HPT Sembawa. Research result showed that uniform harvesting obtained for 61 tails/years, while harvesting the youngest class obtained for 5 tails/years. The projected population growth rate obtained for 2019 is 779, while for 2020 there while 788, it can be seen that the rate of population growth in BPTU-HPT Sembawa tends to increase every year with eigenvelues 1.0089.
