This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on perfomance of the police unit of sabhara polres oku timur. The population in this study are 59 members, the sample in this research used cencus techniques. Data collection method used in this research is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire which was distributed to 59 respondents and Simple Linear Regression Analysis method. Data is processed through Statistical Product and Service Solution Program (SPSS) version 21. The results of this research indicate the influence of the work environment positiveive and significant on perfomance of the police unit of sabhara polres oku timur
