APLIKASI BAKTERI ANTAGONIS UNTUK MENGENDALIKAN PATOGEN FUSARIUM SP. PADA TANAMAN GAHARU (AQUILARIA MALACCENSIS LAMRK) DI PEMBIBITAN
Daftar Isi:
- Agarwood or aloe (Aquilaria malaccensis Lamrk) is a tree species of the genus / genus Aquilaria wood harvested in the form of distinctive shapes and colors, has a fragrant resin content. Problems cultivation of agarwood is pathogen Fusarium sp attack in the aloe plant nursery which causes plants to wilt and death. This study aims at applying the bacteria antagonist Pseudomonas aeroginosa, Pseudomonas malthophilia, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas flourescens. This research uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with positive control treatment, the negative control, Pseudomonas aeroginosa + Fusarium sp., Pseudomonas malthophilia + Fusarium sp., Klebsiella pneumoniae + Fusarium sp., Pseudomonas flourescens + Fusarium sp, and combined all bacterial isolates. The results showed that the bacterial isolates suppressed not sigsnificantly the Fusarium disease on the aloe plant. The application of antagonist bacteria did not significantly affect plant height, leaf number and diameter of stem aloe plant. .
