PENGARUH TEMPERATUR TERHADAP JUMLAH RONGGA PADA PARTIKEL MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED POLYMER (MIP) ATRAZIN
Daftar Isi:
- It has been done disposal template molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) atrazine to produce a cavity that matches the size, structure and properties of physics / chemistry of the template used. MIP at cavity serves as a target when the identifier given to these polymer particles. Atrazine is an amine group which is harmful toxins in herbicides. Solvents used in the disposal of the template is 8.5 ml of acetonitrile, 0.625 ml / 12.5 ml of methanol / acetic acid, 6.375 ml / 12.5 ml of methanol / aquabidest and 3 ml of methanol. Temperature variation of the heating process used is 60 0C, 70 0C, and 80 0C. The third treatment will affect the formation of cavities and the size of the cavity after the disposal of the template is done. To know many cavities that emerges from the disposal process template using SEM test which is then conducted further tests using matlab and poredisc softwere. To view a functional group of a compound used using FTIR test. MIP is made at a temperature of 70 0C resulted in 134 lots cavity and at a temperature of 60 0C and 80 0C produce cavities 101 and 110 pieces. Thus it can be said that for a long time the same heating, the temperature of 70 0C after repeated washing is the most optimum heating is used.
