- This research aims to analyze bankruptcy using the Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski method at eight Mining Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 to 2017 years. The data used is seconder data originating from eight Mining Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 to 2017 years. This research uses quantitative research with one data collections, namely the documentation method. The result show that: 1. According to using Altman Z-Score model there are three mining companies predicted to financial distress, 2. According to the Zmijewski model there are one mining company predicted to financial distress condition. According to the result of research, it is hoped to improve the sale, do the effective strategy and press the operational cost in order to be efficient so that the company will not experience financial distress. The implication of this study was Altman Z-Scoreand Zmijewski methods can predict bankrupty in mining companies good well. Keyword: Financial Distress, Zmijewski, Altman Z-Score
