- This study aims to determine the causes of the aggressive behavior of students in secondary schools JN Negeri 1 North Indralaya. The problem in this research are the causes of aggressive behavior JN students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by using a case study approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews on the subject, family, schoolmate, homeroom teacher, and the counselor. Observation at school JN. Study documentation book coaching student, anecdotal notes of guidance and counseling, and summons JN. Data analysis techniques in this study using Ishikawa diagram, or fishbone. the results showed that the main factors that cause students to experience aggressive behavior which is the circumstances JN as child who experienced violence, impact on the development proces include: disruption of social relationships, inability to control emotions, verbal aggressive behavior, and physically aggressive behavior.
