- Hospitals are institutions that provide health care services to patients. However, reservations management system existing drugs in RSUD HM Rabain not use a standard calculation process, so often there is a shortage and excess drug. The result of this research is the application of Supply Chain Management in the management of web-based d the application of supply chain management for medicine management in RSUD HM Rabain web based by applying functions of drug inventory control. The method used in this research is the development of a system FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking). The conclusion from this study is expected this system can reduce the risk of shortage and excess of drugs so as to minimize the costs incurred by the hospital.
