  • The research is to determine the impact of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin to Stock Price and Return On Assets as an intervening variables on food and beverage sub-sector company registered listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2018. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The research population data are 18 companies, and obtained a sample of 10 companies. This research uses secondary data and path analysis. The results of this research indicate that CR and EPS have no effect on ROA, while DER and NPM have an effect on ROA, CR and ROA have an effect on Stock Price, while DER, EPS, and NPM have no effect on Stock Price. CR has no effect on Stock Price through ROA. While DER, EPS, and NPM have effect on Stock Price through ROA. The implication in this research is that companies in making decisions can better consider the use of current assets in meeting their short-term debt as measured using Current Ratio (CR). For further researchers, it is expected to be able to use other than the authors' theories and variables.
