This research aimed to know the influence of leadership style on employee performance at Puskesmas (Central Public Health Services) Sungai Lebung Village, Sub-District of South Pemulutan, District of Ogan Ilir. The population in this research are all employees at Puskesmas (Central Public Health Services) Sungai Lebung Village, Sub-District of South Pemulutan, District of Ogan Ilir consist of 40 employees and census method implemented to consider the number of respondents. The method of data collecting used in this research is primary data which derived from questionnaire. The technique of data analysis test which using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis test could be concluded that leadership has positive and significant on emprolyee performance at Puskesmas (Central Public Health Services) Sungai Lebung Village, Sub-District of South Pemulutan, District of Ogan Ilir. Needlees to say, it is beneficial for the head of the Puskesmas to used instructions of leadership style in order to improve employee performance.
