  • This study aims to describe the implementation of employee's cooperative management in SMAN 10 Palembang. Descriptive research method used was a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were 8 employees of the cooperative management officers at SMAN 10 Palembang. Data Analysis Techniques was namely observation, interview and documentation. It was concluded that: Planning the implementation of employee's cooperative management was very good category with a percentage of 89.28%. Organizing the implementation of employee's cooperative management was in the excellent category with a percentage of 93.05%. The direction of the implementation of employee's cooperative management was very good category with a percentage of 88.75%, the coordination of the implementation of employee's cooperative management was quite good category with a percentage of 69.43%, the supervision of the implementation of the employee cooperative management was quite good category with a percentage of 60.41%. So the each percentage of the indicator of the implementation of employee's cooperative management in SMAN 10 Palembang was categorized as a good category with percentage of 80.18% while overall management in the implementation of employee's cooperative management was 81.39% and categorized as good category in implementing employee's cooperative management. For supervision management, it is expected to be able to improve the activities that have been carried out quite well. The management is expected to be able to improve the cooperative mechanism and determine the agreed mechanism standards. Keywords : Employee's Cooperative Management
