PENGARUH MODEL AUDITORY INTELLECTUALLY REPETITION TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 18 PALEMBANG

- This study aims to determine the effect of the auditory intellectually repetition model on the ability to write poetry. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. The sample consisted of two classes, one class as a control class and one experimental class. The data collection technique uses test techniques and data processing techniques using the t-test with the SPSS 25 computer program. The results showed that there were differences in test results between the experimental class and the control class. The average initial test obtained by the experimental class was 54.09 and the final test using the AIR model gained an increase of 80.41. an increase of 26.32. The average score in the control class at the initial test was 55.62 and the final test got an increase of 68.46 with an increase of 12.84. From the test results of the t-test both classes were the object of research, Based on the data obtained showed that the poetry writing skills in both classes had increased. Thus Ha reads "there is a difference in poetry writing ability of students using the AIR model and students taught with conventional models (μ1 ≠ μ2)" are accepted, while Ho reads "there is no difference in poetry writing ability using the AIR model with students taught with conventional models ( μ1 ≠ μ2) "rejected. This proves that the auditory intellectually repetition model influences the poetry writing ability of the eighth grade students of Palembang State Middle School.
