Citra Mandiri has computerized system in the daily activity, but there are still problems because in that system has not included the inventory data of stock items so it is difficult for employees to find out the item which is going to run out. The inventory is a very important so the process of buying and selling between the companies and the customers can run smoothly which will affect the company's revenue. To control the inventory, inventory controling is critical in order to ensure that the inventory at a company do not experience the excess or lack items. The goal of this research is to implement the information system of inventory control which can be used to help CV. Citra Mandiri in controlling the inventory. To optimize the inventory control, researcher uses the calculating method of EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), Reorder Point, and Safety Stock. This research is expected to help CV. Citra Mandiri to face the problem of the inventory management, easy to search the inventory information and the inventory status.
