KEANEKARAGAMAN MAKROZOOBENTOS IN INTERTIDAL AREA, TANJUNG API-API, BANYUASIN SUMATERA SELATAN DISTRICT

- Tanjung Api-Api Harbor is located in the Banyuasin district of South Sumatra. The port is a transportation channel connecting South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung. The existence of canal activity in the area needs to know the diversity of macrozoobenthos in the intertidal area, Tanjung Api-Api, Banyuasin district. This research was conducted from December 2017 to August 2018. This study used direct observation and select group design in the waters of the Port of Tanjung Api-Api, South Sumatra. The research location was determined by the purposive sampling method and divided into 4 stations, each station had 1 line transect and each line transect was taken as many as 10 samples. Data processing using ANOVA and correlation analysis. Diversity index in the waters of the Port of Tanjung Api-Api South Sumatra ranged from low to moderate with a value of 1.81-1.32. The value of diversity is determined by organic matter with a correlation value of 74.82%. This shows that there is a positive influence and gives a real influence between the diversity value of macrsoozbentos and organic matter.
