- Agro-industry is an industry processing for agricultural products (plants and animals) including a process of physical and chemical transformation, storage, packaging and distribution. The purposes of this study are: 1. To find out the coffee bean yields at Sumber Jaya Village, Dempo Tengah Sub-District. 2. To find out the agroindustry marketing flow of coffee yields at Sumber Jaya Village, Dempo Tengah Sub-District. 3. To determine the prospect for developing coffee bean agroindustry in Sumber Jaya Village, Dempo Tengah Sub-District. This research located in Sumber Jaya Village Dempo Tengah Sub-District, Pagar Alam from April-Mei 2019. The results of this research are: 1. For the production, coffee bean production gets an average of 1.501.9 kg/lg/year. 2. For the marketing flow, there are three types of marketing chanels, the direct sale to Jakarta and Lampung, to the warehouse sales and to final consumers. 3. The last result is the prospect of coffee bean agroindustry development in Sumber Jaya village is in quadrant II and what should be done are to improve the quality of the product as an effort in increase the number of consumer request and to increase the supply of product in store, in order to make it easier for the consumer to reach the product and maintaining the product character to be able to compete with the other product of Robusta out of Sumber Jaya Village.
