Delay is a departure schedule that delayed or late due to primary delays and secondary delays. Delay in LRT Palembang often happened so delay management is needed to solve the problem. Delay management model is used to minimaze the delay. There are two routes studied in this research, DJKA-Bandara and Bandara-DJKA. Based on the result and discussionn, the total delay for departure route (DJKA-Bandara) is 7 minutes and the total delay for arrival route (BAndara-DJKA) is 6 minutes
