EVALUASI KINERJA ALAT GALI MUAT DAN ANGKUT PADA PENGUPASAN OVERBURDEN DI PIT SERELO 2 PT. BUMI MERAPI ENERGI, KABUPATEN LAHAT, SUMATERA SELATAN
Daftar Isi:
- Coal production at PT. Bumi Merapi Energi ranges from 2 million tons per year and will be increased to 10 million tons in the first year, 15 million tons in the second year and 20 million tons in the third year to the eighth year with a production of 10 million tons. With increasing coal production, overburden stripping production will also increase. The target of overburden stripping for loading and unloading equipment and transport equipment at Serelo 2 Pit is 373,000 BCM for May 2019. Overburden stripping at PT. Bumi Merapi Energi itself often does not reach the expected production target, in the production of mechanical devices there must be factors that can affect the production of each tool so that it becomes a factor of whether or not a production target is achieved. Based on the calculation of production using the actual cycle time that can be obtained directly from the field obtained by the production of a loading digger that has reached the planned production target of 431,722.24 BCM / month, but for the production of transportation equipment it had not reached the planned production target of only 343,607.06 BCM / month. Factors that can influence the production of loading and unloading equipment and conveyance in overburden stripping in the Serelo 2 pit include work efficiency, overburden excavation and loading patterns, cycle time of dump trucks and material conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the production of loading and unloading equipment by making improvements, namely minimizing the time that can be avoided, namely when it starts too late, too quickly ending work, changing shifts and operator unavailability so that it can optimize effective work time and increase efficiency previous employment was only 57.4% to 64.3%. After efforts to improve production, overburden stripping of loading and unloading equipment can be increased to 484,745.69 BCM / month so that the percentage of production attainment is reached at 103.4% from the previous 92,1%.
