- The purpose of this research are to (1) analyzing the impact of changes in rubber prices to the Working time allocation of rubber farmers in Suban Jeriji Village, Rambang Dangku Sub-district, Muara Enim District, (2) analyzing the impact of changes in rubber prices on food consumption of rubber farmers in Suban Jeriji Village, Rambang Dangku District, Muara Enim. This research was conducted in Suban Jeriji Village, Rambang Dangku District, Muara Enim Regency. The location’s selection was done intentionally with the consideration of the majority population as rubber farmers. The research was conducted in October-December 2018. The research method used is the survey method, the sampling method used is simple random sampling, and the data processing method is panel data regression analysis which is presented in tabulations from the results of data processing using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS version 23. The results of this research indicate that changes in rubber prices doesn’t have a significant effect to the working time allocation of rubber farmers in Suban Jeriji Village, farmers Farmers keep tapping rubber with the condition of rubber prices that is decreasing or increasing and the changes in rubber prices doesn’t significantly affect the family food consumption of rubber farmers when rubber prices increase or decrease, farmers is not reduce the amount of food needs to be consumed by farmer’s family.
