- The most interesting topic for media is always about “Conflict”. However, media could not be separated from the ideology and the background that stir the frame in building political discourse. Media has a role as a source of information or claim from conflicted parties and media has its own impact for the conflict. A conflict might be a chaos or not, it depends how media constructed the issue. Media could be a provocateur or peace promotor by sticking with peace journalism. This study compared a discussion in television media, called Indonesia Lawyers Club (TV One) and Mata Najwa (Trans 7) when both of the media were discoursing an issue of conflict between football supporter in Indonesia that caused many victims. The writer used analytical method by Robert N Entman farming and peace journalism perspective by Johan Galtug with Four Orientation, known as Peace Orientation, Society Orientation, Truth Orientation, Solution Orientation. In this study, it showed that Indonesia Lawyer Club (TV One) acted as provocateur and not applying the principle of peace journalism. Meanwhile, Mata Najwa (Trans 7) acted as peace journalism by assisting a mediation. Keyword: Media, Supporters Conflic, Peace Journalism
