- This research is based on the condition of Rantau Kumpay Bendali Tourism which has not been optimally maintained. Tourism Bendali Rantau Kumpay is one of the mainstay attractions of the District Ogan Komering Ulu, but the circumstances contained in Tourism Bendali Rantau Kumpay very concerned, there are still many facilities that are less feasible and damaged. This study aims to determine the management of Rantau Kumpay Bendali Tourism. This study uses descriptive-qualitative method, while for data collection techniques using in-depth interview techniques, documentation and observation. The Discussion have a purpose to know the facts exactly how to manage the location of Tourism Rantau Kumpay Bendali. The results of this study indicate that the management of Tourism Rantau Kumpay Bendali still not good, based on George R Terry's theory is only one dimension of the four dimensions on the run. The four dimensions are: Planning, organizing, implementation and supervision. From the four dimensions are only dimensions of supervision that has been run well by the Tourism Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.
