  • This study examines the impact of PTPN VII Cinta Manis agrarian conflict on the socio-economic community in Seribandung Village. Aims to analyze what impacts people have due to agrarian conflicts. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews and documentation with case study research strategies. The number of informants in this study was 14 people, the determination of the informants in this study was purposive. This study uses the theory of Karl Marx, namely the theory of conflict caused by the struggle for production factors between the bourgeois and proletarian society. The results of the study found that, first of the social impacts include: Prolonged trauma, the emergence of crime, the creation of social distance between the pros and cons. While the positive impact of the creation of the productive Women Fighting Women's Groups (KPPS) has sparked a revolutionary spirit from the grassroots. Second, the economic impacts include: The issuance of rules that company employees must be from Java, payment of salaries is often late, and quiet community activities in the market. While the positive impacts include: PTPN still receives daily and seasonal laborers from Seribandung village, reduced labor hours and the emergence of new livelihoods namely trading.
