SURVEI TINGKAT PENCAPAIAN TUGAS PERKEMBANGAN REMAJA PADA SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 3 TANJUNG RAJA

- The study aimed to find out the level of accomplishment of the adolescent developmental task of the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja with the sample which was 59 tenth grade students chosen by the systematic random sampling. The intsrument used in the study was Developmental Task Inventory (ITP) for senior high school developed by the development team of Indonesia University of Education (Sunaryo Kartadinata, et al.). The study applied descriptive quantitative method by surveying. The data was analyzed by Developmental Task Analyses (ATP) program. The result of the study showed that the accomplishment of the adolescent developmental task of the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja was not optimal yet because only at the expected self-awareness and carefulness level, the student achieve a level of individuality, because of the existence of factors which influenced the accomplishment of developmental task. However, the result of Developmental Task Inventory (ITP) could be the consideration for the guidance and counseling teachers to design the objectives and the program of guidance and counseling in the school in accordance with the real needs of the students.
